- For Beşemal sauce, let's mix the butter and flour until the smell goes and turns pink, then add the salt and our milk in a controlled manner and mix until it thickens on low heat, cover the bottom and add the pepper.
- Let's put the mortar we prepared in our pancakes, put 1 spoon of bechamel sauce on it, close it, turn it over and put it on our tray.
- Let's apply it with a béchamel sauce on our bundles on the tray. Finally, we add grated cheddar cheese on it.
- Let's bake it for 15-20 minutes at about 200 degrees until the cheese melts and turns brown.
